Replacement Policies

DOA Policy:  7 Day from date of purchase on most items, 24 Hrs on all Cpu's.  Special order please check with us first.
CPU Policy:    6 Months on AMD Processors, 1 Year on Intel
Hard Drive Policy:
 It is requested to include HDD error code or description of error. Any item to be tested and passed will be returned as "Test Ok"
Credit Policy:  Credits must be requested and received within 7 days from purchase.  a "Special Ordered" item can not be returned for Credit.
Replacement

Defective items may be returned to Level Computers for replacement. The defective item is returned to Level Computers and a replacement is shipped back to the customers after it is determined that the original was defective.

Guidelines for Returns

If your purchase is defective or otherwise must be returned, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA#) within 30 days of the date of invoice. You can request an RMA# by using the online return authorization request form below. Once your return has been authorized, we will email you the RMA# along with specific return instructions. Packages returned to us without an RMA# will be denied a refund and shipped back to you at your expense. *Returned products that are not authorized or acceptable for return will be shipped back to you at your expense.Returned products must be received in the manufacturer's original packaging and contain 100% of their original contents (i.e., manuals, disks, accessories, blank warranty/registration cards, etc.) If a returned product does not meet our expectations, we reserve the right to revoke an RMA and ship the product back to you at your expense, or charge a restocking fee.

Easy Steps for an Easy Return:

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Level Computers. The RMA number is valid for 10 days. When receiving an RMA number, you will also receive an address to where your package must be returned. Shipping the product return to an address other than the one provided may cause severe delays in the return process. Make sure that the item you are returning is packed within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.
  2. Prominently display the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned.

*Returned products that are not authorized or acceptable for return will be shipped back to you at your expense.

What should I do first?

The first thing you will need to do is request an RMA number. Please allow up to one business day (Monday through Friday) for us to review your information.  We will promptly reply with an email containing either your RMA number and shipping instructions, or a request for additional information that will help us to better process your return.
